A few helpful answers
Before we make
some memories.
Everything you might want to know before your shoot.
How do we reserve a shoot?
Start with your package, preferred date, and a few details about your plans. Eligible standard packages can proceed to payment after you accept the agreement. At least 50% must be manually verified to confirm your booking. You’re welcome to pay in full; any remaining balance is due on shoot day.
What if our preferred time is unavailable?
You can still send an inquiry for a blocked time. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll see what may be possible. It’s a request for review, so please wait for an approved quote before paying. Same-day bookings aren’t available.
Which package would suit our shoot?
Small event coverage is ₱10,000 for 1–4 hours and up to 30 guests. For larger events, we recommend another photographer for each additional 30 guests, at ₱8,000 each for up to four hours. Each additional photographer is ₱1,250 per extra hour beyond four hours, on top of the main package’s additional-hour rate. Need more time? Additional hours are ₱2,250 for event coverage and portrait sessions, or ₱3,000 for shoots with a lighting setup, subject to availability and an agreed quote. On-location portraits are ₱15,000 with an assistant and a speedlight or reflector. Shoots with Nanlite or studio lighting are ₱20,000 with an assistant, for portraits, interiors, food, or products. Portrait and lighting sessions include up to four hours and three layouts or setups. You’ll receive 5–10 selected edited photographs per layout, or 15–30 for three layouts. We love sharing a little more whenever we can, so your gallery may include extra edited photos when there are more lovely images to share. These are a little bonus beyond the included selection. We’ll help you choose based on what you’d like to create.
What counts as a layout?
One outfit or one distinct production setup counts as a layout. Portrait and lighting packages include up to three. If you have more in mind, share your plans and we’ll prepare a custom quote so there’s enough time for each setup.
What’s included in the lighting setup?
We bring the agreed Nanlite or studio lighting and an assistant. A black or white backdrop is included if needed. Colored backdrops cost extra, and we’ll confirm the amount first. Styling, props, set design, and studio rental aren’t included. You’re welcome to arrange these yourself, or tell us what help you need so we can discuss it.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, I’m happy to discuss out-of-town and international shoots. Clients cover airfare when needed, accommodation for overnight stays, and necessary local transport for our agreed team, including airport transfers and travel from the hotel to the shoot venue and back. We’ll agree on the arrangements and costs with you before booking. Local transport is included within Manila, Makati, Pasay, Taguig/BGC, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, San Juan, and Pasig.
Can we share editing preferences?
Of course. My editing leans warm and natural-looking. If you prefer a different feel, mention it in “Tell me about your project.” A few references can help us discuss what will work before the shoot. We’ll consider your preferences while keeping a consistent look; an exact match to another photographer’s style isn’t guaranteed.
How much retouching is included?
For events, I keep things natural: color, exposure, tones, and light skin cleanup where needed. Slimming, reshaping, and photo manipulation aren’t included in standard event coverage. For portrait and lighting sessions, selected photographs include moderate retouching and subtle adjustments that suit the image. I preserve natural texture and proportions, so extreme changes or an overly airbrushed look aren’t my style. Additional manipulation beyond the included scope is ₱1,000 per set of five photographs, after we agree on what’s feasible.
When can we see our photographs?
I know it’s exciting to see the photos, and we’ll try to send them as early as we can. Our usual turnaround is 3–5 business days for events and 5–10 business days for portrait and lighting-package edits, including interiors, food, and products. Other custom projects have a delivery schedule agreed in the quote. Rush editing is ₱3,500 when we can accommodate your deadline. Business days exclude weekends and Philippine public holidays.
Can we request unedited files?
Yes. Tick the unedited-files option and choose camera RAW / Sony ARW, unedited JPEG, or both. ARW is a camera RAW format that needs compatible software; an unedited JPEG is easier to open but isn’t a RAW file. Please provide your own hard drive and cover shipping once the files are ready. We’ll coordinate the format, any JPEG conversion, and handover with you.
How long can we download our gallery?
Your Google Drive gallery is available for one calendar month from delivery. Please download the full set and keep a backup so you can enjoy it long after the link expires. After that window, another copy costs ₱3,000 only if we still have the files. If they’ve been deleted, we won’t be able to provide another copy, so saving them early is best.
What should we prepare for the team?
A little coordination goes a long way: please share venue access details and your schedule. We usually arrive 30–60 minutes before the shoot to prepare. If you need us more than one hour early, we’ll include the additional charge in your quote. Meals during mealtimes and suitable snacks or refreshments for the booked team are appreciated and should be arranged for the coverage schedule.
